Returnable items

  • You can return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items returned to us must be in original, re-sellable condition.

Returning process 

 Do you want to return your purchase? At dutchrose.com you have the option to return your order within 14 days. Returning is very easy. The item you wish to return is undamaged and comes with the original packaging and barcode sticker. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your return without a barcode sticker.


Damaged or broken items do not have to be returned. In the event of breakage or damage, sending clear photos of the damage is sufficient. Please contact us by email, info@dutchrose.com. If you nevertheless return damaged items to us, we are forced to charge shipping costs of € 4.95 to you. 

Please wrap the item(s) properly in the original packaging for shipment and send them back to us free of charge. To do this, register the return here:

Print the shipping label, stick it on the box and hand in the package at a DHL service point. (Click here for a DHL service point near you.) Make sure to add your name and order number inside the box. This way we can identify your return quickly and refund you as soon as possible.

Refunds

After receiving the parcel and checking the item(s), your order will be refunded within 14 days. You will receive automatic notification of it via email.

Depending on your bank and payment method, it takes around 1-4 days for the payment to arrive in your bank account.

We reserve the right to charge costs for damaged products where it is clear that this was caused by the consumer.

Exchanging items

Our products are crafted with love and attention to detail. It is important to note that there is always a chance irregularities may occur, especially with natural or handmade products.

Please feel free to contact us in case of any irregularities, defects, or if you would simply like to exchange for a different size/color/item. We are happy to find the best possible solution for you.

Shipping fees

We do not cover shipping fees for returned items, these are at the expense of the customer.
